Today Jessica and I went to the Ringling Museum in Sarasota. It was pretty cool. Our favorite part was the miniature circus. It was made by one man, but it was very detailed. The mansion was pretty interesting too. And the rest were paintings and sculptures that the Ringling brothers had collected.

2010-07-17 Caladesi Kayak
Since Jessica and I moved to Belleaire, we have been thinking about getting a kayak. Since they're not cheap, we decided to rent one and see how we like it here.
This weekend we went over to Honeymoon Island and rented one from http://www.sailhoneymoon.com/. We noticed that there were a lot of people on the Honeymoon Island beach, so we kayaked south and went to the Caladesi Island instead.
The weather was nice: it didn't rain, a bit cloudy so it wasn't too hot. We had lunch on the beach and hung out there for a bit. Then spend more time on the kayak before heading back. Overall it was a good day.
